About Us

Rodney W. Schwasinger founded the firm in Bozeman, Montana in the 1980s. In 2005, Timothy A. Fallaw joined the practice, and the firm became Schwasinger & Fallaw, P.C. shortly thereafter. Rod Schwasinger retired from the active practice of law in 2015. 

 

Tim received a B.A. in History from Colorado College in 1997 and graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with honors in 2004. From 2004 until 2005, Tim served as the law clerk for the Hon. Mike Salvagni of the Eighteenth Judicial District Court in Gallatin County, Montana. Tim lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife and three daughters.
